About Us
What started as one freelance producer’s passion for creating high-quality impactful audio-stories has turned into a team of people dedicated to doing the same. Steph Colbourn created editaudio in 2014 and has since built a team of talented producers and staff from around the world who are on a mission to make the audio industry more representative of what the world actually looks like.
What We Do
We provide services on storyboarding, research, scripting, booking, pre-production, recording, editing, sound-design, post-production, marketing and monetization. We work closely with the client, their idea and our morals as a company to create high-quality podcasts.
How We Do It
Our queer-led, woman, non-binary, and trans team will help you on any (or every) step of your podcast journey. Whether it’s consultation, distribution, recording, editing, sound-design, mixing, marketing, etc. We will set you up with a producer on our team who will be dedicated to you and your project. We’ll do the work, so you can spend that saved time on growing your business.
Why We Do It
We often only hear one type of voice in podcasting. We want to change that. editaudio was built as a direct response to the lack of women, non-binary, and trans people in the industry. We are dedicated to hiring and lifting up those who have traditionally been left out of the industry- both behind the mic and in the studio. We want to help people tell their stories. And we want to tell them well.
